# Profile, workspaces and notifications

> Manage your personal account, sign-in security, workspace selection and notification preferences.

Open the profile menu at the bottom of the sidebar, then select **Profile**. Your profile belongs to your account; [Billing](https://docs.neuronsearchlab.com/console/billing.md) and [Members](https://docs.neuronsearchlab.com/console/members.md) belong to the selected workspace.

## Personal information

Update your name, profile picture and email using the controls on the page. Follow any password or verification steps shown when changing your email. The page also identifies your current team and role.

Use **Change Password** to update your password. The form asks for your current password and confirmation of the replacement.

## Two-factor authentication

In **Two-factor authentication**, follow the setup flow to add the account to your authenticator app and confirm a code. Save the recovery codes somewhere you can access if you lose the device. The page also provides controls to manage recovery codes or disable two-factor authentication after verifying your identity.

## Workspaces

The profile menu lists workspaces you can access. Switching changes the data and configuration shown throughout the console. Check the workspace before modifying credentials, models, rules or billing.

## Notifications

Open the header bell, then the full **Notifications** page. Filter by **Training**, **Serving quality**, **Experiments** or **Data health**. You can mark notifications as read, dismiss them, or show previously dismissed notifications.

Turn on **Desktop alerts** if your browser supports them and grant notification permission when prompted. If the browser blocks notifications, change its site permission before trying again.

Choose which notifications also arrive by email under **Communication preferences** in Profile. Dismissing an alert does not stop a training run or resolve the condition that caused it; open its linked resource to take action.

## Delete your account

The **Danger Zone** contains the account-deletion flow. Read its impact summary and complete the identity confirmation before proceeding. If you are the only administrator of a workspace, arrange another administrator first.

Deleting your console account is different from deleting an end-user profile. For a user's recommendation data, use [Users](https://docs.neuronsearchlab.com/console/users.md).
