# Activity

> Inspect configuration changes, who made them and the fields that changed.

Open **Account → Activity** to investigate changes to your workspace. This is the configuration audit trail. User interactions with recommendations appear in [Data → Events](https://docs.neuronsearchlab.com/console/events.md).

## Find a change

Use the resource-type filter to narrow the list, then search by resource name, changed field or actor. Review the timestamp, action and resource, and select an entry to open its details.

The detail view shows the recorded change, including before-and-after values where available. An actor may be a person or an automated action. Hover over a relative timestamp when you need its absolute time.

## Investigate an unexpected result

1. Find the time when the behaviour changed.
2. Look for edits to the affected context, recipe, rules or model assignment.
3. Open the current resource and compare it with the recorded change.
4. Use [Explainability](https://docs.neuronsearchlab.com/console/explainability.md) to inspect a served request from that period.

Activity records evidence; it is not an undo control. Restore the intended configuration on the resource's own page, then make a new request to verify it.
