# Members

> Invite colleagues, review workspace membership and remove access when it is no longer needed.

Open **Account → Members**. The page is titled **User Management** and lists your workspace's console members and invitations. These are your colleagues; the people receiving recommendations are listed separately under [Data → Users](https://docs.neuronsearchlab.com/console/users.md).

## Invite someone

1. Select **Invite Team Member**.
2. Enter their email address and choose the role offered by the dialog.
3. Send the invitation.
4. Review pending invitations in the table. Resend or revoke an invitation when necessary.

Invitation controls depend on your permissions and the workspace's seat allowance. An invitation does not mean the person has accepted it; check their membership status afterwards.

## Roles and access

| Role | Purpose |
| - | - |
| Admin | Manage the workspace and its members |
| Member | Work with the product using the permissions available to that role |
| Viewer | View workspace information with restricted management access |

Individual actions also check permissions. If an action is unavailable, ask a workspace administrator to make the change or review your access.

## Remove a member

An administrator can use the member's removal action and confirm the selected person. The workspace must retain an administrator; the final administrator cannot be removed until another member has that role.

Removing membership and revoking an application credential are separate actions. Review credentials owned by the departing person's integrations in [API Keys](https://docs.neuronsearchlab.com/console/api-keys.md) and [SDK Credentials](https://docs.neuronsearchlab.com/console/sdk-credentials.md).

## Multiple workspaces

Use the profile menu at the bottom of the sidebar to switch workspaces. Confirm the selected workspace before inviting a colleague: membership, data, billing and credentials are scoped to it.
