Open Developers → Integrations to connect external data sources. Use Items to check the resulting catalogue and Events to verify behaviour tracking; connecting a catalogue does not automatically connect customer events.

Choose a connection

The storage connector reads your catalogue source. Give it access only to the bucket and prefix containing that catalogue. The CSV connection switch does not upload a file by itself. See Catalogue for item formats and repeat imports. For every connection, check that item names, descriptions, URLs and filterable metadata arrive correctly. Save NSL item IDs if your application will send events. Reconnect or update the credentials when access changes; disconnect a source when you no longer want it used.

Video enrichment

The Twelve Labs connection adds video understanding to eligible catalogue items. Provide the integration credentials and choose metadata fields containing accessible video URLs. Enable enrichment, start a sync and check its status before relying on those signals. Enrichment is separate from serving a recommendation request. A recently imported video may be available in the catalogue before enrichment finishes. Configure the relevant context pipeline to use the additional signals, and compare results in Explainability.

Identity and partners

The identity controls support NSL Resolve: register partners, manage partner-scoped IDs and create data collaborations. An external identity provider configuration is optional; it is separate from catalogue sync and from ordinary first-party user_id tracking.

Automate integrations

Use List integrations to read connection state and Save integration to make changes with a Platform API key. Supported action names include connect_provider, disconnect_provider, configure_twelve_labs, sync_twelve_labs, disable_twelve_labs and delete. For application provisioning, see Vercel. For an assistant connection, see MCP.
