Data → Items lists every item in your catalogue with its ID, name, status and dates. Use it to confirm that items arrived, check their metadata and see how individual items perform. To send items, see Catalogue.

Find items

The table pages through your catalogue and can be sorted by any column. Open Advanced Filters to narrow it down: Clear all resets every filter.

Item details

Select an item to open its panel. Item representations are refreshed when the item’s name, description or metadata changes.

Delete items

Select items with the checkboxes (or select all visible items) and choose Delete selected items. Deletion is permanent and removes the items from future recommendations. To stop recommending an item while keeping its history, set it inactive through the API instead. See Update and retire items.

When the table is empty

A Sample label means your workspace has no items yet and the table shows example rows. Send items through the API, connect a platform or crawl your website.
